So I attempted more Balmain DIY! Inspired by this look: And these are my results: The DIY came in to play with these L.E.I. jeans which only cost me $10. I ripped em up and here is the final product: I'm thinking about studding them like the Topshop jeans and perhaps selling a few pair. Anyone interested?
To know them is to love them. This song reminds me of the Fall Semester of my Junior year. Eating Cane's, making bad decisions, mixed-relationship signals, football games, Hurricane Gustav, Hangin out with J.Marz (who by the way has a radio show called "The Martian Mix" Tues. and Thurs. from 9 a.m.-noon on 91.1 KLSU or stream live at www.klsu.fm) and Friday nights.

Urban Outfitters had a pretty decent sale in Rice Village yesterday. I picked up the Silence and Noise Corset bra which I originally saw on fashiontoast. Regular Price: $28 Sale Price: $9.99 I think I might go back and buy 2 more! It doesn't look exactly the same on me. For some odd reason I hit puberty at the age of 20 and started growing breasts, hips and assets. My dog Macaroni wants in on the action! Pose bitch! Even though Macaroni is a he! I spent Memorial Day at Herman Park near the Houston Zoo with KillaKalvin. It was nice but really crowded! Went to Whole Foods before our picnic and picked up these little morsels of delight! C'est La Vie!
I would always watch Tenchi Muyo on Toonami/Cartoon Network in Middle School. I loved this show so much and I wish they would still play it along with Gundam Wing and other Anime counterparts. I really wish the characters Tenchi and Ryoko would get together! Ryoko rocks! Any other childhood memories?

I can't believe it took me 3 years to see this movie. I'm glad I did. 3 years in Louisiana and I never understood the true devastation that occurred. I saw Spike Lee speak at Southern University earlier this month and he said he was considering filming a follow-up of the movie. I recommend everyone in America see this film.
I've been slacking on my vintage finds locally so whenever I'm lazy, I just head towards Ebay to find it. Right now I really want this Two-piece Romper for the summer. I know it looks like something Katy Perry would wear but I feel this would be great for my annual Summer Texas Barbeque!

I really hate I missed this exhibit. The gallery opened at LSU Shaw Center for the Arts during March and that was a crazy month for me. Her use of color in each individual piece is amazing. I would love to own a piece of her exhibit one day. Must see her exhibit in New York this summer!
