How long have you been natural?
A: My last relaxer was in October of 2007. I finally cut off all the relaxed ends in March of 2009
What is your hair regime?
A: It varies. In the spring and summer of this year, I would co-wash almost daily and deep condition once a week. I would also take Biotin vitamins as a supplement to increase hair growth. I would initially keep my hair in a bun or utilize the wet bunning technique which is applying a leave-in conditioner and pulling the hair back into a bun to dry and retain moisture.
I want to move to L.A. to pursue my dreams of acting, what should I do?
A: Just go for it! Easier said than done? Well lets look at this on a case by case basis. 1.If you're in college, try to find out if your school offers the National Student Exchange program and utilize this program to travel to L.A. and pursue your dreams of acting while still garnering credits for college. 2. If you're not in college, land a job in your hometown which may enable you to transfer to L.A. or go on a job search for the L.A. area. Do not come to L.A. without a job unless you're loaded! You will regret it. Find a place to stay. Seek out friends/relatives you can stay with on a temporary basis. Don't overstay your welcome and make sure to always pursue opportunities that will enable you to stand on your own.
